This past weekend the wives were away so just the guys got together and had a feast with Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Cutlets and Garlic Bread. Yum! I guess you could say we had vegetables because there was some fresh parsley in the Fettuccine :-) I will have a detailed recipe for the Fettuccine Alfredo very soon. Just have to write down all the steps. Already have this started so won't be long.This particular combination of Italian Chicken Cutlets with Fettuccine Alfredo on the side is my very favorite dish. I have requested this from my grandmother and mom for my birthday meal on many occasions. I know know how to make all this yummy stuff for myself now so I no longer have to wait for my birthday for this combo :-) YUM!!! It's totally yum!
