Well, hello all. I have decided to start a blog to help communicate with the visitors from my Italian family recipe website http://www.spaghettisauceandmeatballs.com. I will use this blog to just chat about Italian food, how much fun it is to cook and what I have learned from my Italian grandmother and mom and mother-in law about Italian cooking. I just read your recipe for sauce meatballs and braciole. I loved the little comments on exactly how long what heat etc. to do things. I have honestly never seen a site like this before. You are hilarious and I can relate to so much of what you talk about. You REALLY have something here.

Thanks so much for sharing your sauce and meatballs recipe on your other website. I have been searching in vain for the perfect sauce for years and I knew I found it when my husband said, "You could open a restaurant with sauce like this!" Thanks for your fun directions and PERFECT recipe.
